Ingredients
1 cup Nickmics plain cashew nuts
1 cup milk
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp ghee / clarified butter
pinch of saffron
for garnishing Nickmics fried cashews, almond slices & manuka.
Recipe
Soak saffron in warm milk & keep aside.
Soak cashews in milk for an hour & blend it into a smooth paste.
In a pan cook the cashew paste & keep stirring till it thickens.
Add sugar & mix well.
Keep cooking till it gets thick.
Add ghee little by little & mix well.
Add saffron milk & keep stirring.
Cook till it leaves the sides.
Transfer it to a serving bowl.
Garnish with Nickmics fried cashews, almond slices & manuka.
