Nickmics Monsoon Daily Energy Bar
Nickmics dates, almonds, walnuts & cashew are all great dry fruits to consume during monsoon season. These dry fruits contain riboflavin & niacin that help to strengthen immunity. They are powerfull antioxidants & thus keep our cells healthy.
3 cup Nickmics wet dates
1 cup Nickmics almonds (roughly chopped)
1/2 Nickmics walnuts
1 cup Nickmics cashew nuts
1 tsp ghee
Nickmics cardamom powdered optional
Roast chopped dry fruits in ghee to make them crunchy, and this step is optional.
In a blender, grind the dates into a smooth paste.
In a pan, add ghee. Once the ghee is medium hot, add the dates paste.
Cook until the date paste turns glossy. Keep stirring.
Add the chopped nuts & cardamom powder & mix well.
In the tray, apply ghee. Spread and sprinkle some Nickmics poppy seeds or add melted chocolate as garnishing.
Cut them into small size rectangles.
Once cooled, store it in an airtight container.
Your monsoon health bar is ready.
