Ingredients :

2 cups Nickmics Ragi Flour
1/2 cup Urad dal (black)
1 cup rice flour
1tsp Nickmics fenugreek seeds
2tsp cumin powder
1tsp pepper powder
2tsp chilli & ginger paste
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Water as required

Recipe :

Soak urad dal & fenugreek seeds together. Soak atleast for 4-5 hours.
Drain well & grind it to a smooth paste.
Mix Nickmics ragi flour and urad dal paste & set it to ferment overnight.
Add all the spices, chilli & ginger paste & rice flour. Add water & mix well without forming any lumps.
The batter should be flowing consistently.
Pour the batter on a hot tawa & spread it like dosa.
Increase the heat and apply oil from all sides. Cover for 2 minutes & let it cool.
Serve hot with chutney or sambhar.
