• Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made within 1 hour of placing the order.
• Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

2. Special Discount & Offer Periods:

• Orders placed during promotional periods or special events (such as New Year, Diwali, Independence Day, Foundation Day, etc.) are non-cancellable.

Refund Policy:

To maintain the quality and efficiency of our services, we do not offer refunds for any orders. However, we value your trust and satisfaction.

1. Replacement or Coupon:

• In case of any issue with the product, you may request a replacement or a coupon of equivalent value to be used on future purchases.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for replacement or coupons.
Perishable items or products with short shelf life are non-returnable.
