Ingredients
2 cups Nickmics coriander, seeds powdered
1 cup Nickmics lotus seeds / Nickmics plain makhana
4 tbsp Nickmics almonds
4 tbsp Nickmics melon seeds
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup desiccated coconut
1 tbsp Nickmics green cardamon powder
8 tbsp ghee
Recipe
In a pan add ghee and roast makhana & dry fruits until they turn light golden brown.
Keep aside.
In the same pan on low heat roast coriander for 8-10 minutes. Once you get a rich aroma turn off the flame.
Crush the roasted makhana & roughly chop the dry fruits. In a bowl mix all ingredients together. Add sugar as per taste & mix well.
Serve the prashad to kanha ji & distribute the prasad.
